Absolute Folder Hider is a free program that helps you hide local folders. Sometimes, you need to hide data on your computer to prevent anyone from seeing it. The program allows you to select the folders you want to hide. By pressing a button, you will cause the program to hide those folders from other people´s eyes, since they will not appear in the Windows Explorer, and will not be found by any kind of searching. You, or anyone, will not be able to see the hidden folder, even if you have configured your Windows Explorer to show hidden programs and folders. If you want to unhide the folders, you can use the program again, and press the "Unhide" button. The state of each folder will be indicated in the lower part of the program's window whenever you select a folder that you want to hide/unhide.
It is possible to view the contents of hidden or unhidden folders using this program. The user interface contains a link that shows you a very clear picture of how to use the program. Other links will lead you to the author´s website, the support form and the "About" information.
